Custom & Personalized Pieces All custom and personalized jewelry is final sale. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on them.

Ready-to-Ship Items Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. To be eligible:
Item must be unworn and in original condition
Must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Earrings For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or fix the issue at no cost to you.
Repairs Because each piece is handmade, we’re happy to offer repairs on a case-by-case basis. Reach out with details and photos, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
